I was out of town and my son and daughter in law called to tell me of a stinky odor coming from the bathroom. I told them call the plumber. Meridian Plumbing came out but informed them there was 6 inches of water under the house that needed to be cleaned out before they could even see what the problem was. Thank goodness for MASTER RESTORATION, Jason rushed right over and rescheduled some jobs and had a team there that afternoon. His team worked through the night taking care of cleaning up the water and the dirty soil that needed to be removed for safety purposes. Fans were set in place to dry the area and by the next day the plumber was able to come in and assess the damage. I am so grateful to Master Restoration for their assistance, support and speedy response in my time of need. I also am so impressed with the integrity of all their workers. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Master Restoration was quick and efficient when I called. They provided same day service for my issue. The team identified any potential issue and left a dehumidifier in our crawlspace for a few days which thankfully solved the problem. They went in and double checked for any other issues and packed up. Would recommend their help for any issues in the future!

Master Restoration was amazing!!! Jason is AWESOME!! I had an issue with mice droppings in the crawl space and Jason came out immediately the next day and gave me a free estimate and the price was absolutely amazing. Then with the process of selling my mom’s house there was a small amount of mold found in the crawl space that was found under inspections. Again Jason was right there to help me and wayyyy lower priced than others. Their work is amazing!! Truly, if are are in need of restoration work, don’t waste your time calling around, Master Restoration is definitely the go too!!! Thank you Jason, and also Dawn and Caroline!!!

Charles and his teammate Brendon immediately got the situation under control. They brought state of the art equipment to start drying our kitchen out. The process was quite intense but they acted quickly and professionally to get our kitchen back to perfect shape.

My wife and I have had many projects done on our house. We have to say master restoration is by far the best and most trusted company we have worked with. I have pictures of the before and after what you did not see is they took care of the dry rot under our tub and the water damage to the laundry room, floor that had to be totaly replaced. They were courteous and help full answered all our questions George and Fabian were fantastic. We also have to say thank you to Frederick Yetter he also helped with the bathroom from start to finish the professionalism was outstanding all my projects will be done buy master restoration. Yes I would definitely recomend them to everybody.
