They tackled a large cleanup on a remodel I was doing and got my build moving again. The crew worked carefully and left the space not only mold free but cleaner than they found it. After he discovered the leak, I called Lowes and they gave me the name and number for Master Restoration. From the very first time I contacted them, they have been excellent to work with! They sent Cassie out right away to get the stop the water leak and start the process of getting things dried out. Soon after that, Jason, the mitigation manager (I think) contacted us and came to look at the job. He was very professional and knowing how difficult it was for my elderly friend to be without his bathroom, he did everything he could to expedite the process, communicating with others within Master Restoration, the insurance company and with me frequently to keep everything running smoothly and to keep my friend and me informed. Once the mitigation work was completed, the restoration work was completed in a very timely manner and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Matt is the manager on the restoration side and I am very pleased with how he stayed in contact with me also throughout the job. He also stayed in contact with the insurance company to help keep things moving, and was very successful doing so. They were up front about an additional "weekend cost" if it was an emergency, or if it could wait until Monday. They came out on Monday, took a look at the damage. They gave an honest assessment and said since it was a very small job, if it was a insurance claim, it would cost about $4k, but if I were to rent the equipment and do it myself, it might cost $1k. I really appreciated their honesty.
