What we though was a mold issue ended up being a few feet of sewage under our living room! Joe and his team efficiently assessed, cleaned, and restored our home. Then...took it a step further by doing our insurance claim legwork. Master Restoration kept us informed of their daily progress and work schedule. Our project manager took care of the entry/exit of all workers and we need not do anything. Such a luxury to not have to spend each day rushing to and from our home to let the team in or check out at day's end.
